Meet Grace
Welcome sis!
My name is Grace Onuegbu and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, professional speaker, life strategist, author, and minister. Also, the founder of SMILEBIZ LLC, a personal development company, where I teach women how to balance their lives and reach their goals through biblical principles and practical strategies. I am a single mother of one who works full-time in private practice, while pursuing kingdom entrepreneurship.
I graduated with my master's degree at Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions, and with the understanding of balancing motherhood, school, and work can be challenging, my philosophy is "Motherhood is an extension not a limitation". I created multiple signature courses hosted in Woman Arise Academy ® to guide high-performing women to the 4Ps of life through creating balance.
I believe in having a supportive community that will also hold you accountable can help you in your becoming process, so in July 2020, so I started a women's ministry Woman Arise Tribe to help women grow in their faith and personal development.
Also, I am the creator of Own Your Story Meet and Greet where I help women who desire to birth their books or speak on stage with their signature story. I have written multiple books and my driving force is to help people heal mentally and emotionally, so they can be who God has called them to be. Emotional bondage can deter people from pursuing their goals, living their life full, and in purpose. My overall mission is to help women win in life by transforming their mindset. I currently reside in Dallas, Texas with my 15-year-old son.

Founded in 2018, Smilebiz LLC is a personal development company where we guide high performing millennial women to the 4Ps of life through creating balance.
Smilebiz LLC offers an online coaching program and digital products. We understand the challenges many women face when it comes to their personal and professional growth. The founder is a single mother herself and had to learn how to balance motherhood, work, and her education, while staying committed to achieving her long-term goals. Also, we offer opportunities to collaborate with others to speak with their audiences.

Our mission is to help women win in life by transforming their mindset. At Smilebiz LLC, we believe in sisterhood and cultivating healthy relationships. God designed us to have connections and fellowship with one another. “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up” Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10.
